"United Fruit Company" has become a curse for the inhabitants of plantations, where Latin American workers are forced to toil for a meager piece of bread. Mamita (mother) Yunai, the owner of the company, evokes only bitterness and hatred from those who have fallen under her power. At the center of the story is the tragic fate of three young Latin Americans, who encounter the cruelty and ruthlessness of this woman.
